Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager - Woodland, WA

The EH&S Manager is an integral member of the Environmental Health and Safety team and has an impact on the profitability of the organization through contributions in environmental, health and safety management. The EH&S Manager is responsible for partnering with `customers" within the facility to help them achieve business objectives through the effective environmental, health and safety management and adherence to/support of associated systems and processes.

Duties:

Promote compliance with Federal, State, Local and Corporate EH&S policies, regulations and standards. Assist with training in all OSHA and EPA required areas.

Maintain workers comp cases/claims/costs to avoid claim initiation, minimize financial impact of claims, reviewing medical case management, monitoring return to work program.

Assist EH&S Manager by collecting data used to develop reports for Federal, State, Local and Corporate entities, including OSHA 300/301, OSHA Injury Survey, TRI, Tier II, hazardous waste, etc.

The individual is required to be a supportive member of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Quality System policies to provide a safe work place and eliminate conditions and behaviors which may cause work related illnesses and/or injuries while delivering quality product and services on time.

• BA/BS degree w/4–7+ years experience • MA/MS degree w/2–5+ years experience • PhD degree w/0–2+ years experience

Experience should include a solid background in Hazcom/Hazmat, Air permitting, NPDES permitting, OSHA/WISHA compliance. Knowledge and experience working with Washington State Environmental regulations and partner agencies strongly preferred.

Program Manager - Woodland, WA

The Program Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of business strategies and capture plans, preparing and presenting briefings to potential and current customers, preparing technical and cost proposals, and managing both development and production contracts. Will have shared responsibility for schedule and technical performance and will have to be able to interface with all customers. The Program Manager is responsible for directing, planning and organizing the company’s manufacturing drawings, as well as the coordination with LifePort’s ODA to substantiate the company’s designs. Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development / transformation of the organization through the implementation of systemic initiatives, tools and measurements to ensure every product is built, modified or completed on time, on budget and defect free.

ACE Facilitator/Manager - Woodland, WA

The ACE Manager position is responsible for leading and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives within a United Technologies/Sikorsky company. The ACE Facilitator/Manager will develop and implement Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) business planning and initiatives with direct contact with the corporate ACE office. The position includes the development and implementation of an ACE training program. Additionally, the individual will track and monitor business related ACE metrics to identify improvement opportunities and assure improvement accomplishments.

Duties:

The qualified individual will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for continuous improvement throughout the sites and providing guidance to functional teams in applying Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies. Tracking, reporting, and presentation of progress to Management will be required on a periodic basis. The individual must identify barriers to progress and implement corrective actions.

Contracts Manager - Woodland, WA

Summary

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for a full range of contract management activities including: pre-proposal activities; non-disclosure agreements; contracts tracking, review, compliance, notifications, price escalations, and close-out. This individual will also handle proposal preparation support, subcontract RFP development, terms and conditions evaluation, pricing, risk assessment/management (for contracts), negotiations and subcontract administration.
